Working Out While Taking HGH Injections

It occured to me that many of you who are taking human growth hormone injections are not working out or participating in a fitness program! Folks, you have to work out and exercise if you are going to get the most benefit out of your HGH regimen.
Most of us start an HGH program so we can “get back the body we had in high school.” Well, I don’t know about you, but I hit the weights 5 days per week and ran up to 10 miles per week while training for wrestling and baseball. So now, you’re 35 and you think that injecting human growth hormone and anabolic steroids in your stomach and butt is going to automatically give you back that body. NOT!
The first thing you need to do it commit to strenuous cardiovascular exercise 35 minutes per day, 4 times per week. You can get this exercise on the elliptical machine or treadmill at your local gym, or by power walking around your neighborhood. Working up a sweat is essential to keeping things flowing in your bloodstream. This is also the part of your program that will help you shed the pounds, especially in those trouble areas.
The second part of the equation is the muscle building. Men especially should lift weights to gain lean muscle mass. The more muscle you build, the more calories your body will burn during states of rest, effectively turning your body into a calorie burning machine 24/7. There is a lot of good information on weight lifting at Bodybuilding dot com.
Keep in mind, you should follow an actual program when lifting weights because you are loading with human growth hormone and possibly anabolic steroids, so you want to build evenly across the front and back, top and bottom. There is nothing worse than a lopsided juicer!
Finally, and most importantly is your diet. Just because you are dosing, you still have to eat right. You’ve spent a lot of money on your supplements and you don’t want to waste that money by building a big gut! You need to cut out the fat, sugars and beer too! Let’s get serious here and make something of what we have invested in!
